Q:  What is the purpose of your ministry?

We are here to create a retreat environment where women of the parish (and beyond) can encounter Christ's forgiveness.  We spend a few days together making connections with other women of our parish and spending much needed time with Jesus and the Holy Spirit through silent times and with our sisters in Christ.

Q:  How frequently do you meet?

The "giving team" meets every month throughout the year in preparation for the upcoming retreat weekend to pray together.  The "receiving team" will come to the annual retreat weekend.

Q:  How does someone become involved?

All women are invited to sign up to attend the annual retreat which is usually held in the Fall.  There will be sign up sheets in the back of church as the weekend gets closer.

Q:  Are you ever in need of volunteers?

We are always in need of volunteers to help with the Welcome weekend!

Q:  How long has the ministry been serving our Parish?

We have been offering this retreat weekend for about 10 years now.  There are so many women who have made deep, faithful and meaningful relationships with each other from this weekend.

Q:  How do you communicate activities with the Parish?

As the retreat weekend nears, we will communicate the weekend in the bulletin.  During the year, the "giving team" will be in contact with each other.
